2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Phone number or WhatsApp number
• Email address
• The name of the business you represent
• The content of the WhatsApp conversations you have with one of our clients' automated assistants

WhatsApp conversations are stored in our database so we can run the service, follow up on requests, improve the assistant's answers and, when needed, hand a conversation off to a person.

3. Why we process your data

Primary purposes (needed to provide the service)

• Operating the WhatsApp assistant service our clients hire us for
• Providing technical support and answering requests from people who use the service
• Responding to questions or information requests about our services
• Putting together a commercial proposal for anyone who asks through our contact form

Secondary purposes (not required to provide the service)

• Sending you commercial communications about new services or improvements
• Internal, aggregated statistics on how the site and the assistant are used

You can opt out of the secondary purposes at any time, with no effect on the service you receive, by emailing the address listed in the data rights section below.

4. Who we share data with

To run the service, we share personal data with the following third parties, strictly to the extent their role requires:

• Meta Platforms, Inc., through the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, as the channel used to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
• The large language model (AI) provider whose model processes conversation text to generate the assistant's replies.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for purposes other than the ones described here.

5. Sensitive data

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, sensitive personal data. As a built-in safeguard, credit card numbers, national ID numbers (CURP), tax IDs (RFC) and passwords are automatically masked before any text is sent to the language model, so the model never sees that information in the clear.

6. Your data rights (ARCO)

Under Mexican law you have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it if it's inaccurate or incomplete, have it Cancelled when you believe it's no longer needed for the purposes stated here, and Object to specific uses of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email your request to the address below with your name, the right you want to exercise, and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 20 business days, as required by the LFPDPPP.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site is static and doesn't use tracking or third-party cookies. The only thing stored on your device is your language preference, saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so we remember it on your next visit. That preference never leaves your device and is never shared with anyone.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data and conversation history for as long as the business using our service has an active contract with us, plus any additional period required to meet legal or tax obligations. After that, the data is deleted or securely anonymized.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Any change will be posted on this same page, along with the date it was last updated.
