Connect your AI to No Missed Chat

Use the AI assistant you already know (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP-compatible apps) to check and manage your business in plain language, without opening the dashboard. All you need is one URL and your No Missed Chat login.

What can your AI do?

  • Chats: see who wrote, read conversations, reply to customers, take over a chat or hand it back to the assistant.
  • Reports: see the reports your assistant raised (channel down, password…) and mark them resolved.
  • IPTV: credits, packages, accounts expiring soon, an account's live status and paid orders.
  • Appointments: free slots, book, reschedule, cancel and mark appointments as completed.
  • Assistant and knowledge base: check what it knows, add FAQs or documents and adjust its messages.
  • Catalog (owner only): add, remove and change products and prices, including Reseller packages, and upload or delete their photos and spec sheets.

In Claude (web or desktop app)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors and click “Add custom connector”.
  2. Name: No Missed Chat. URL: the address above. Click Add.
  3. Click Connect. No Missed Chat opens: sign in, choose your business and access level, and click Authorize.
  4. Done. In a new chat enable the connector from the tools menu and ask what you need.

On team or enterprise plans, the Claude organization owner must add the connector first.

In ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors. Under Advanced settings turn on “Developer mode” if your plan requires it.
  2. Click Create, name it No Missed Chat, paste the address above and choose OAuth authentication.
  3. Sign in to No Missed Chat when asked, choose your business and click Authorize.

Menu names may change with ChatGPT updates; look for “connectors” or “MCP”.

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and other apps

Add an HTTP MCP server with the same address. The app will open your browser so you can sign in and authorize. For example:

Without sign-in (automations and servers)

If your tool can't open the sign-in page, create a token in Settings → Integrations with the use “AI via token (MCP)” and send it in the Authorization: Bearer nmc_live_… header. Treat it like a password: don't paste it in chats or share it.

Things to ask

  • “Which chats are waiting for a person? Summarize them.”
  • “Which IPTV accounts expire this week?”
  • “Book Laura Pérez on Thursday at 5 pm for a haircut.”
  • “My assistant couldn't answer about shipping; add an FAQ with this policy: …”

Security and control

  • You choose the access when authorizing: “Read only” or “Read and make changes”.
  • Your AI will ask you before replying to a customer, booking, cancelling or editing anything.
  • It never has access to your password, payment keys or IPTV provider credentials.
  • Every change is logged. You can disconnect an AI anytime in Settings → Integrations → Connected AI apps.
  • Team members can only do through the AI what their role allows in the dashboard.
